"The South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC) Early Start Family Resource Center supports families of infants and toddlers from birth to 36 months who are at risk of being diagnosed with a developmental disability or who may have an established disability.
The SCLARC Early Start Family Resource Center serves as a central point of contact for families, service providers, community-based agencies and organizations. We offer family-focused information, referrals, support and training to promote family empowerment. Culturally competent services are provided in response to our local community’s ethnic diversity."
